What is a Gift in Your Will
Thank you for considering a gift in your Will. Also known as a bequest, it is a way to leave a lasting legacy beyond your life-time by allocating personal property or financial assets to a charity.
By including a gift to the Fair Fight Foundation in your Will, you can help bring convenience, comfort and the wonders of imaginative play to sick children for years to come. You will help us to create and deliver new innovative products and services to support families and children when they need it most.
Steps to Leave a Gift in your WIll
Step 1: Contact our Team.

Step 2: Discuss with your legal advisor
Seek the qualified advice of an independent solicitor or legal advisor before making or revising your Will. They will provide advise to ensure your Will meets all legal requirements, giving you confidence that your wishes will be carried out.
Step 3: Tell your family and friends
Your loved ones should be considered when writing your Will. Ensure you discuss your intentions with them so they understand your decision to support the Fair Fight Foundation (t/a Supertee) with a gift in your Will.
Wording for your will
- Residual GIft: A percentage of the remainder of your estate after debts have been paid and all pecuniary and special gifts have been distributed.
- Percuniary Gift: A specific sum of money
- Specific Gift: Specific items of value such as assets or shares
To ensure your wishes are met, please seek the advice of an independent solicitor or qualified legal adviser. Our suggested wording for a Will is set out below.
"I bequeth [____percent of my residual Estate/ the sum of $____/ specific item(s) _____] to Fair Fight Foundation Ltd (ABN 43 642 609 425) free of all duties and I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer of the said Organisation shall be a complete discharge to my Executors and Trustees for moneys paid in accordance with this bequest."
